Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. Once collected by the courier, items become the responsibility of the customer. Foraged is not responsible for missing or damaged packages or any incorrect shipping details supplied to us, although we will provide any information needed to locate the package.

PLEASE NOTE: Foraged is based in Piopio, Waikato, New Zealand and does not ship overseas.

Shipping Time Frames

As Foraged is a small business, orders will be shipped on either Monday or Thursday by Pass the Parcel.

There could be a delay if a public holiday falls on these days.

The other possible delay could be if an item isn't currently in stock (for an array of reasons), in this Foraged will communicate this to the purchaser asap with a resolution and/or offer of a refund.

Once the package is with the courier service we are unable to confirm time frames of when packages will arrive with you as this is out of our hands. We do however value our relationships with the courier and account managers and will do our very best to work with them to help ensure standard timeframes are met.

Missing Packages

If your parcel does not arrive, please reach out to Cerise at foraged.nz@outlook.com as soon as possible. Please note that all orders shipped will have a tracking number which is automatically emailed to you - if this is not received at your end pleased check your junk folder in the first instance.
